It’s a done deal. The Stern Center in Rock Island officially changed hands.    Bridges Catering bought the building from the Stern family on Monday.   The new owners plan to make substantial renovations that include adding a commercial kitchen.   They expect to do the work this fall.   Bridges Catering will be moving from Princeton, Iowa to its new headquarters in Rock Island.
